Founding Engineer / AI / Platform
Stem IT
Our client is setting the foundation for their founding team and are looking for their first engineers to join the team. Their product is an agentic platform that will aid in entity identification, large-scale data discovery, context aggregation, and analysis that will save their customers time and resources on manual tasks. They have plenty of runway and customers who are interested in their product, so they are looking for engineers interested in helping scale out the platform and add features. Skill sets that will stand out to him include expertise in agentic development, federal platform engineering (Kubernetes). Their compensation will be in the 90th percentile in terms of equity and salary for the best engineers. This is a hybrid role in Arlington, VA (~2-3 days per week). United States citizenship is required; and there is no clearance requirement. Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in software programming with TypeScript, Python, or Go Experience with building agentic products Experience with various frontier models Experience with architecting systems and implementing through production Experience with AWS GovCloud Desired Qualifications Experience with FedRAMP or IL5 accredation Experience with Kubernetes Equity Full medical, dental, and vision benefits #J-18808-Ljbffr Stem IT
