Installation Manager - Remodel Now

Position Overview Remodel Now is seeking an experienced Installation Manager to oversee bathroom remodeling projects from start to finish. This role is responsible for managing installation crews, coordinating schedules, ensuring quality control, and delivering projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in residential remodeling operations. This is a leadership role that ensures every project meets Remodel Now’s standards for quality and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily bathroom installation operations and scheduling Manage and coordinate installers, subcontractors, and vendors Conduct pre-installation site visits and job walkthroughs Ensure materials are ordered, delivered, and ready for installation Monitor project timelines and adjust schedules as needed Perform final inspections to ensure quality standards are met Address and resolve installation issues promptly Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies Team Leadership Supervise and support installation crews Provide training and guidance to maintain workmanship standards Monitor crew productivity and performance Foster a positive and accountable team environment Qualifications 3+ years of experience in construction or remodeling management (bathroom remodeling preferred) Strong knowledge of residential remodeling and installation processes Experience managing crews or subcontractors Ability to read contracts, scopes of work, and basic construction drawings Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation #J-18808-Ljbffr
