Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Location: Santa Clarita, CA (Travel throughout Santa Clarita Valley, San Fernando Valley, and Antelope Valley) Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a growing behavioral health team providing Adaptive Skills Training (AST) services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), developmental disabilities, ADHD, learning disabilities, emotional challenges, and related conditions. This position offers a highly flexible schedule, allowing clinicians to manage their own caseload while delivering high-quality, evidence-based ABA services throughout Santa Clarita Valley, San Fernando Valley, and Antelope Valley.

This position offers a highly flexible schedule, allowing clinicians to manage their own caseload while delivering high-quality, evidence-based ABA services throughout Santa Clarita Valley, San Fernando Valley, and Antelope Valley.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments
- Develop, implement, and oversee individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Adaptive Skills Training (AST) professionals
- Monitor treatment fidelity and ensure quality service delivery
- Analyze behavioral data and modify treatment plans based on client progress
- Provide parent and caregiver coaching and training
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, educators, therapists, and healthcare providers
- Complete clinical documentation, assessments, and progress reports
- Participate in staff training, professional development, and quality improvement initiatives
- Support the development of clinical best practices and staff competencies
Required
- Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Minimum 2 years of experience working as a BCBA
- Experience conducting behavioral assessments and writing clinical reports
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles and evidence-based behavior intervention strategies
- CPR Certification
- Negative TB Clearance
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance
- Ability to pass a background check
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Experience supervising RBTs and other clinical staff
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Hourly: $45-$55 per hour
