What You’ll Do:

• Team Leadership:  Mentor and guide a talented team of dental professionals to create a collaborative and positive environment.
• Practice Growth & Ownership:  Work toward (replace with: Step into) full ownership of the practice, driving its success while benefiting from the fruits of your hard work and leadership.
• Maintain High Volume:  Manage a bustling practice with 7 fully equipped operatories, providing care to approximately 7,364 patients annually.

Practice Stats:

• Average Yearly Production:  $1.8 million
• Total Operatories:  7 (4 for the dentist, 3 for hygiene)
• Technology & Equipment:  ADEC dental chairs, Dexis sensors, Orthophos E pano, Intraoral cameras, and plumbed nitrous in two operatories.
• Practice Software:  EagleSoft
• Insurance:  In-network with 4 major insurance and Fee-for-Service patients.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience:  3+ years of experience in general dentistry, with proficiency in all phases of care, including restorative, preventive, and cosmetic dentistry.
• Ownership Mindset:  Looking for a dentist with strong leadership skills, a commitment to high-quality care, and a passion for growing a successful practice.
• Communication Skills:  Excellent communication abilities to foster patient relationships and lead a team effectively.
