Business Development Manager - Canada

PhysioMantra is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive B2B growth across Canada. This role focuses on selling corporate physiotherapy, workplace wellness, virtual rehabilitation, workplace MSK care and employee wellness solutions. Key Responsibilities: Develop new B2B opportunities across Canada. Generate leads through LinkedIn, email, phone, networking and referrals. Build relationships with employers, HR and benefits teams, and healthcare organizations. Promote corporate physiotherapy, virtual rehabilitation, MSK care and workplace wellness solutions. Manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to closing. Conduct discovery calls, presentations and client meetings. Maintain CRM records and meet sales targets. Requirements: 2+ years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, Healthcare Sales, Partnerships or a related field. Strong communication, negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills. Experience managing the B2B sales cycle. Experience in healthcare, physiotherapy, wellness, employee benefits or health-tech is an advantage. Knowledge of the Canadian healthcare or corporate wellness market is preferred.
