This role focuses on delivering evidence-based care, supporting recovery goals, and coordinating services to meet the comprehensive needs of individuals served.Your responsibilities may include:Therapeutic ServicesProvide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based practicesPartner with individuals to develop and achieve recovery goals related to mental health and/or substance use disordersConduct initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plansSupport aftercare planning and follow-up servicesCaseload ManagementMaintain an active caseload and ensure consistent client engagementTrack treatment plans and documentation to meet program and funder requirementsParticipate in clinical team meetings to review treatment progress and discharge planningIdentify and coordinate additional resources and community supportsAdvocate for individuals to ensure access to necessary services and supportsAdministrative & ComplianceComplete timely and accurate documentation in the electronic health record (EHR)Ensure compliance with all regulatory, licensing, and organizational standardsProvide supervision to non-licensed staff as requiredRespond to crisis situations and provide appropriate interventionPerform additional duties as assignedWho We're Looking ForYou may be a great fit if you are:CompassionateDependablePatientTeam-OrientedService-FocusedProfessionalPositiveCommitted to Helping OthersQualificationsBachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field requiredMaster's degree in a human services field preferredState certification or licensure required or ability to obtain within designated timeframeMinimum of 2 years' experience working with individuals with co-occurring disordersAt least 1 year of experience in substance use/drug and alcohol treatmentExperience with electronic health records (EHR) systemsRequired clearances (as applicable): ACT 33/34PA State PATCHCrisis intervention and behavioral managementKnowledge of state and federal regulations in behavioral health/residential careMedication administration familiarity (if applicable)CPR/First Aid certification (preferred)Strong interpersonal and customer service skillsScheduleFull-TimeStart a Career with PurposeSome jobs pay the bills.This job changes lives.If you're looking for a career where your compassion, dedication, and hard work make a real difference every day, we invite you to join the Resources for Human Development team.Apply Today and Make an Impact Every Day by Helping People Heal.Resources for Human Development is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce."Creating a Better Tomorrow...
