Location: Seattle, Washington | Federally Qualified Health Center | $5,000 Sign-on Bonus

Our organization is on the lookout for dedicated and compassionate Family Medicine Physicians (MD/DO) to join one of the largest and most esteemed Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) in the Pacific Northwest. With nearly 30 clinics in the Seattle area , including School-Based Health Centers, we provide a wide range of services including primary care, behavioral health, dental care, and care coordination to approximately 60,000 patients each year . Our providers work in a cooperative, integrated care setting focused on promoting health equity, improving health outcomes, and strengthening the communities we serve.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation

• 0.8 FTE (32 hours per week)

• Annual salary range: $166,682.88 to $206,169.60

• 1.0 FTE (40 hours per week)

• Annual salary range: $208,353.60 to $257,712.00

Compensation is determined by experience, qualifications, and work schedule.

Primary Responsibilities

As a Family Medicine Physician, you will deliver comprehensive outpatient care for patients of all ages, including:

• Preventive care and wellness visits

• Diagnosis and management of acute and chronic conditions

• Coordinating care with specialty providers

• Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary care teams

• Providing evidence-based, culturally responsive patient care

• Documenting patient information in the electronic health record

• Engaging in quality improvement initiatives

This position allows you to care for a diverse patient population while collaborating with dedicated professionals who are committed to health equity.

Qualifications

Required

• MD or DO from an accredited medical or osteopathic school

• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine

• Washington State Medical License (or eligibility to obtain)

• DEA registration (or eligibility to obtain)

• Current BLS Certification

Preferred

• Experience in Family Medicine, Community Health, or FQHC settings

• Bilingual language skills

• Experience working with underserved populations

• Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) experience or willingness to pursue required training

• Nexplanon certification is a plus
