Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess individual needs and develop personalized therapy programs designed to help clients reach their functional aspirations

Implement Therapeutic Modalities: Leverage proven techniques to enhance clients' motor skills, cognitive function, and activities of daily living

Collaborate with Multi-Disciplinary Teams: Work in unison with OTs, PTs, STs, medical professionals, and nurses to provide comprehensive and holistic care

Educate Patients and Families: Offer insights and guidance on therapeutic practices to support continuous improvement at home

Track Progress and Outcomes: Monitor clinical developments and adapt treatments as needed to keep patients aligned with their recovery goals

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited academic institution

Encouragement for ongoing education or post-graduate certifications

Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license

NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory
