Project & Program Managers

Typical Title: Project Manager | Program Manager | Portfolio Manager Locations: Beaverton, OR The Project Manager typically drives complex, cross-functional initiatives, spanning non-IT program management, strategy projects, marketing operations, transition management and creative operations coordination. WHAT YOU WILL DO Plan and manage cross-functional programs from initiation through to delivery, tracking scope, budget and timeline. Build and maintain program governance structures, RACI documents and status reporting for senior leadership. Manage project budgets and financial tracking, flagging variances and recommending corrective actions. Facilitate workstream leads and stakeholder reviews across multiple concurrent program. Create and manage program documentation in Airtable, Smartsheet or MS Office. WHAT YOU BRING 5+ years experience in project or program management in a complex organisation. Proficiency in Airtable, Smartsheet and MS Office. Experience managing cross-functional projects with senior leadership exposure. PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
