Evening Caregiver - Assisted Living & Memory Care
Olympus EE LLC
Countryside Memory Care in Canby, OR is hiring a Caregiver for a full-time swing shift (2pm–10pm). Provide direct, hands-on care, assist with ADLs, mobility, meals, and medications under supervision. Maintain accurate documentation and support residents’ dignity and independence.
Requirements include 18+, high school diploma or equivalent, caregiver training, and CPR certification. Prior experience in assisted living is preferred. Join a team committed to compassionate, resident-centered care.
