Our Physical Therapists work one-on‑one with clients for full 60-minute sessions , allowing you to focus on what matters most: helping people recover from injury, return to activities they love, and perform at the highest level. Running and strength training are central to our identity. Our clients are highly motivated and include runners, athletes, firefighters, and law enforcement professionals who are invested in their recovery and performance. Our model combines physical therapy, gait analysis, strength training, and performance coaching in a low-volume, relationship-driven setting. Part‑time (minimum 2 days per week) or full‑time opportunities available; flexible scheduling Conduct comprehensive evaluations, accurately differentially diagnose and clearly explain findings and plan of care, develop individualized rehab, strength, and return to activity plans, build strong relationships through trust and communication, maintain accurate/timely and effective case management (complete documentation in Jane App), maintain a high standard of professionalism and reliability, leady by example - your behavior sets the tone, contribute to a collaborative, no‑ego team environment where people help without being asked, and collaborate with teammates on complex cases and care strategies. Hold a DPT and active California PT license Have strength and conditioning experience This is not a "clock‑in, manage, clock‑out" job - we are looking for real results. We are a small team, we care a lot, and we expect a lot - clinically and as humans. It is expected that you take ownership and are completely present with clients during their sessions. Clinical excellence and communication go hand‑in‑hand.
