Compensation: $18 per hour Reports To: Tasting Room Manager Nestled in the Sierra Foothills, Starfield Vineyards is a destination winery offering premium wines, a variety of food, stunning views, and an elevated tasting experience. We are passionate about crafting exceptional wines and providing our guests with warm hospitality in a picturesque setting.

We are looking for a reliable and energetic Busser / Support Staff to join our front-of-house team. In this role, you’ll help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment while supporting servers and enhancing the overall guest experience. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, thrives in a collaborative setting, and is committed to providing exceptional hospitality in every interaction.

Quickly clear, clean and sanitize tables after guests depart to ensure a seamless flow for the host stand. · Support the flow: Assist servers by refilling water, clearing pre-bus items (empty plates, glassware, flight boards and trays) · Keep the patio, porch, floors and service stations clean and organized. Communicate with the kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure the guest experience is flawless from start to finish. Monitor and restock service stations, ensuring all essentials are readily available. · Handle glassware and plates with care and follow food safety and sanitation protocols. · Put hospitality first: Hustle: You enjoy moving fast and staying on your feet for the duration of a shift. A Positive Attitude: You’re a team player who jumps in to help wherever needed Ability to work weekends and holidays -- outside -- both summer & winter. Experience: Previous restaurant experience a plus, but we are happy to train anyone with the right work ethic! Competitive Pay: Hourly wage + a share of the tip pool Many of our best servers have started as bussers/support staff!
