We are partnering with a well-established firm in Dallas to find a detail-oriented and client-focused Private Accountant to support high-net-worth individuals and families. This role blends accounting, financial reporting, tax coordination, and relationship management-ideal for someone who enjoys both numbers and trusted client interaction.
What You'll Do

• Manage and reconcile personal, trust, and investment accounts
  
  
• Prepare net worth statements, cash flow reports, and financial summaries
  
  
• Track income from investments, real estate, and business interests
  
  
• Coordinate tax planning and filings for individuals, trusts, and entities
  
  
• Monitor capital gains, estimated taxes, and tax-efficient strategies
  
  
• Support trust and estate accounting activities
  
  
• Oversee cash management, bill pay, and budgeting needs
  
  
• Act as a liaison between clients, CPAs, financial advisors, and attorneys
  
  
• Maintain accurate records with strict confidentiality

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  
  
• 3+ years of accounting experience (private wealth, family office, trust, or public accounting preferred)
  
  
• Strong understanding of individual and trust accounting principles
  
  
• High attention to detail and discretion
  
  
• Strong communication and client service skills
  
  
• Proficiency in accounting software and Excel
