Retail Sales Associates are responsible for all aspects of customer service, running registers, merchandising, and store maintenance.Primary Responsibilities:Greet and acknowledge every customer with Ollie's "Yes I Care, Yes I Can" approachManage cash register transactions accurately and efficientlyBe an Ollie's store and inventory expertAssist with freight logistics and learn how great retailers merchandise their productsQualifications:High School diploma or equivalent preferredHappy to train new Associates who may not have 6 months of prior retail experienceAbility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basisA positive attitude and team player who wants to delight and serve customersPhysical Requirements:Ability to lift and carry up to 50 poundsAbility to push and pull up to 35 poundsOllie's is an equal opportunity employer.
