Manager Clinical Operations RN - Enhanced Care Management Program (ECM)

Description

The Manager of Operations is responsible for the planning, organizing and managing of operations in conjunction with the Executive Director. This position is responsible for and provides direct oversight of administrative support services.. Fulfills all duties and responsibilities associated with managing clinics. Reports directly to the Executive Director of Employer Wellness.

Required qualifications:

• California Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
• Management/supervisory experience in a healthcare environment.
• 2 years of Supervisory/leadership experience in a health care setting.

Preferred qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
• Master’s Degree in related field.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
