Phlebotomist III- Floater
Job Location: Fayetteville, NC- 28304 Duration: 6+ months of contract with possibilities of an extension or temp to hire Shift: Mon-Fri (7:00 am - 5:00 pm) EST Hourly Pay Rate + Mileage Reimbursement
Job Description
Min. 3 years of professional phlebotomist experience is required.
Perform blood draws safely and accurately.
Label, process, and prepare specimens for laboratory testing.
Verify patient information and ensure specimen labels are correct before sending to the lab.
Perform both clinical and forensic specimen collections when required.
Follow HIPAA, safety, and quality standards at all times.
Provide excellent patient care by explaining procedures and making patients feel comfortable.
Help maintain smooth daily operations at assigned locations.
