$55,000 - $93,000 DOE + Bonus Eligible

LHH is working with a well-established regional law firm is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join its Boise office. This position offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated litigation matters in a collaborative, team-oriented environment with strong training, mentorship, and long-term growth potential.

Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda, discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, and correspondence
• Conduct legal and factual research
• Manage discovery, document productions, privilege logs, and litigation databases
• Coordinate document collection, review, and eDiscovery projects
• Organize, review, and summarize records, testimony, and case materials
• Assist with witness and expert coordination
• Prepare trial notebooks, exhibits, and other trial materials
• Maintain case files and support attorneys throughout all phases of litigation
• Communicate professionally with clients, courts, experts, vendors, and opposing counsel

Qualifications

• 3+ years of civil litigation paralegal experience required
• Experience with discovery management and eDiscovery processes
• Familiarity with litigation document review databases
• Strong legal research, writing, and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Ability to prioritize deadlines and manage multiple matters simultaneously
• Professional, detail-oriented, and team-focused approach
