Chroma Values: Team Oriented, Accountable, Committed, Flexible, Proactive Summary: The Clinician (Licensed) cooperates as a member of the multidisciplinary clinical treatment team, in the provision of therapeutic services to persons with SUD and co-occurring mental health disorders. Reports to: Clinical Director Qualifications: Required PsyD, PhD, LPC, MFT, MSW, or other Counseling Degree Preferred 2 years’ experience in the behavioral health field Licensed therapy in the state of Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies Division of Professional and Occupation CLINICAL ASSESSMENT (Diagnostic, Needs assessment, Biopsychosocial) THERAPY PROVISION (Provision of therapy (individual, family, and group therapy) CLINICAL DOCUMENTATION (coherent, comprehensive, accurate, & justifies LOC) Crisis Intervention (Demonstrates ability to respond effectively in an emergency; Facilitates a safe, appropriate intervention in response to client crisis) Client De-escalation- (Effectively displays & utilizes non-verbal communication cues i.e. body language) Duties & Responsibilities: Maintain an active licensure in the State of Colorado or actively engage in pursuing licensure Maintain an individual client caseload and conduct individual therapy Lead group therapy sessions Engage in communication with outpatient providers and family members of clinician Ensure all clinical documentation and case notes are completed in a timely fashion and meet all State and The Joint Commission guidelines Participate in weekly clinical treatment team meeting to communicate any current client behaviors or warning signs Strong communication with both clients and staff Display effective intervention and de-escalation skills Helpful and adaptive with assistance in the clinical department Provide conflict resolution, safety, and maintain calm redirection in high stress Maintain a safe and secure environment for both clients and staff Health, Dental and Vision Benefits, Fulfilling work, Positive Culture, Competitive Salary, #J-18808-Ljbffr
