Industrial Maintenance Technician Mon - Fri Charlestown, MA 2nd Shift: 2:30pm – 10:30pm 3rd Shift: 10pm – 6am What if you could be the go-to person who keeps production running smoothly every day—and the machines literally stop if you're not there? *** NOTE: This is a full-production industrial mechanic role. You'll keep the plant's heavy production equipment—conveyors, balers, shredders, compactors, sorters—running safely, efficiently, and reliably. What You'll Do Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic production machinery. Perform PM's and installations to prevent downtime. Work (solo, or with a team) to keep production on schedule; and use maintenance software to document work orders What You Must Have 5+ years of industrial/mechanical maintenance experience in production environments Mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills Experience with large conveyors (24"+) and replacing belts Knowledge of 480V 3-phase motors Own basic tools (socket sets, wrenches, cordless drill, grinder, multimeter) Valid driver's license Basic Welding knowledge Pay & Benefits $28–$50/hour depending on experience, with plenty of OT available; (most techs average 50 hrs/week) Medical, dental, vision, life & disability insurance. 401(k) with match + stock options.
