Job Title
Must Haves:
- Excel (needs to know how format in excel) conditional formatting – basic functions, can create tables. creating rules in outlook to filter
- If they come from construction/ data center/ telecomm/low voltage background
Technical Skills/Software:
- training software
- web apps ( internal systems)
- LMS (learning management systems)
- do they understand sage or power bi or financial based functions
D2D:
- onboarding of contractors and continuous
- working with scheduling for PM's – event planning
- orientations
- ordering equipment, coordnitaing travel, lodging
- updating maintaining trackers, track certs, building out trackers
- badging requests
- entering production updates in financial software (more 6 months – paying invoicing off of production)
- tracking invoices
- vehicle coordination, new equipment
- working very closely with the PM's / logistics folks
- but will be directly under Marianne
Office management experience HUGE plus
