Otolaryngology physician employment in Oregon :
Seeking an Otolaryngologist/ENT to join two other physicians in a busy ENT/Allergy practice. Enjoy professional autonomy in an office with state-of-the-art equipment, including microscopes, video stroboscopy, Olympus towers, and distal chip fiber optic scopes.
Practice Highlights:
- Enjoy a 4-day work week
- Dedicated weekly OR time
- State-of-the-art TruDi navigation (Acclarent) and operating equipment
- Average of 20 patients/day (more if desired) with Medical Scribes available
- 2 full-time allergy nurses & in-office audiology
- Epic EMR
Recruitment Package:
- Total compensation opportunity (600,000+) that includes:
- Quality incentives up to $100k
- RVU Bonus
- $50,000 Commencement Bonus
- $8,000 annual CME, licensing, dues, subscription
