- 7-8 years of total IT experience
- 4-5 years of hands-on experience in ReactJS and/or React Native
- Strong experience building and maintaining web/mobile applications
- Experience with modern JavaScript, TypeScript, Redux, REST APIs, and responsive UI development
- Good communication and client-facing skills
