We work hard to create a supportive, growth-oriented environment where employees can build meaningful, long-lasting careers.A Day in the Life of an RN Clinical ManagerAs the Clinical Manager, you oversee the coordination and delivery of home health services, ensuring high-quality care and smooth daily operations. Your responsibilities include:Managing day-to-day clinical and office operationsServing as a resource for field staff and ensuring tasks are completed accuratelyMonitoring task screens, reviewing complaint forms, and following up on QI reportsLeading weekly case conferencesCollaborating with HR to recruit, hire, and train new team membersEnsuring staff follow infection control procedures and understand abuse reporting requirementsTracking monthly revenue and expenses to maintain budget complianceOverseeing admissions, discharges, and re-certifications and evaluating their financial impactMonitoring staff productivity and ensuring thorough orientation for new hiresProviding patient care when needed and participating in ongoing trainingYou lead by example-arriving on time, staying organized, and supporting your team with professionalism and compassion.
