Compensation and Bonuses Hourly rate: $50–$60 per hour (DOE) plus an uncapped bonus plan. The hourly rate annualizes to $104,000–$125,000, plus bonuses. Signing bonus: $5,000. Schedule Full‑time and part‑time positions are available. Signing bonuses for part‑time hires are reduced based on days worked per week.
