Korean Air is currently seeking a global-minded Passenger Sales Representative who will contribute to the success of the sales team.
1. About the Job
- Position: Passenger Sales Representative
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Job Location: In-person (Office and Business travel)
2. /Responsibilities
- Analyze sales data and research market trends to enhance sales
- Develop new markets in the sales territory
- Position competitive prices and communicate price-related matters with travel agents and U.S. HQ Marketing/Sales teams
- Answer travel agencies' inquiries and resolve conflicts
- Provide travel agencies with professional reservation, ticketing and sales support
- Monitor travel agencies for possible default and/or malpractice
- Handle administrative tasks and communicate with headquarters personnel
3. Qualifications / Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or other relevant disciplines preferred but not required
- Must be based in New York
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills and customer service skills
- 1+ years of sales experience preferred
- Frequent business travel is required
