Houston, MO, US Responsibilities Originate new consumer loans and assist customers throughout the lending process. Process loan payoffs and deeds of release. Order appraisals and obtain documentation from insurance and title companies. File and scan loan documents, maintaining accurate and organized records. Respond to phone inquiries and assist with loan research and maintenance. Support loan officers and other team members as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous lending experience preferred; related banking or loan processing experience is also valued. Familiarity with LaserPro is a plus. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Good problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
