Your expertise in specimen collection, attention to detail, and commitment to patient care help ensure accurate test results while creating a positive and professional experience for every patient.What You'll DoCollect high-quality blood specimens using established phlebotomy proceduresPerform specimen collection and processing for both clinical and forensic testingAccurately label, prepare, and process specimens for laboratory testingMaintain required records and documentation with a high level of accuracyProvide excellent patient care while explaining procedures and addressing concernsMaintain a safe, professional, and confidential environmentSupport operational excellence by completing daily activities accurately and on timeWhat We're Looking ForA current, up-to-date resumeHigh school diploma or equivalentMinimum of 6 months of phlebotomy experience requiredStrong phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric collectionsExcellent customer service and patient communication skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionKeyboard and data entry proficiencyMedical assistant or paramedic training preferredPhlebotomy certification preferredFlexible availability to support staffing needs, including weekends, holidays, on-call shifts, and overtime as neededAbility to meet compliance requirements (Hospital credentialing required. Required immunizations: MMR, Varicella, Tdap, and TB Test.
