Summary Expert Client Advisor for Hardsided responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and driving the hardsided business on the selling floor. Act as the category specialist and ambassador for the brand, managing a personal portfolio of clients while supporting store-wide sales strategies. Lead product trainings, support new launches, and mentor teammates to elevate selling and clienteling techniques. Responsibilities Serve as the in-store expert for the hardsided category, demonstrating deep product knowledge and storytelling. Drive hardsided sales performance and develop business through proactive client development and portfolio management. Lead product training, support new product launches, and communicate corporate strategy to the team. Coach and mentor colleagues through morning briefings, observations, and 1:1 coaching to improve selling and clienteling. Provide feedback to management to help shape in-store strategy and category initiatives. Requirements Passion for the brand and the hardsided category with outstanding product knowledge. Excellent storytelling and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships. Proven sales leadership and history of top-selling performance in a specific category.
