Case Management Utilization RN

Kaiser Permanente seeks a Case Management Utilization RN to optimize patient care and resource use in a tech-forward environment. In this day-shift role, you’ll conduct utilization reviews, coordinate care plans, and support safe, timely discharges. You’ll work closely with physicians, nurses, social workers, and payers, applying evidence-based criteria and managed care guidelines. Leveraging modern digital tools, you’ll document findings, track metrics, and contribute to continuous improvement across clinical and operational workflows.
