Job Summary Job Summary BASIC FUNCTION: Under the direction of an assigned Director, conduct hearing screening in assigned schools; drive a mobile van to various sites to conduct work; maintain records of results of hearing screenings; refer students with potential hearing problems to the nurse according to established guidelines. Requirements / Qualifications Copy of valid certification authorizing service as an Audiometrist. ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS: The following documents are not required at the time of application but will be required of the selected applicant prior to employment: DMV clearance, Department of Justice Fingerprint clearance, Tuberculosis Skin Test clearance & Pre-Employment Physical/Drug Screen clearance. Must be at least 18 years of age.
