Pay Rate: $2,700.00 - $2,900.00 gross per week

Number of Positions: 1

Specialty:  Pharmacy 

Start Date: starting as soon as cleared

Travel: All inclusive

Assignment Length: 3 months +

EMR: RPMS

Schedule: 5 – 8hr shifts – Mon – Fri

• 7:00 am - 3:30 pm/ 30 minute lunch

OR

• 8:30 am - 5:00 pm/ 30 minute lunch

Additional Details about the position

• Screen patient charts to ensure medication orders are aligned with the chart note as well as lab work, vitals, allergies, etc.
• Process new medication orders.
• Fill prescription orders when needed.
• Check filled prescription orders for accuracy.
• Educate patients on medication therapy.
• Provide patient education.
• Work in a collaborative fashion with the pharmacy team and providers to ensure timely and accurate pharmaceutical services.



EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Experience Required:

• One (1) to three (3) years of clinical pharmacy experience in ambulatory or inpatient care.

Minimum Education:

• Bachelor or Doctor of Pharmacy Degree from an Accredited Pharmacy School Program

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS  

• BLS
• Completion of a PGY-1 residency or equivalent clinical experience preferred
• Certification in immunization delivery or other clinical pharmacy services (e.g., diabetes, asthma)

LICENSURE REQUIREMENT  

• Any State/US Territory License
