Live Chat Support Specialist
We are looking for a quick-thinking, empathetic, and tech-savvy Live Chat Support Specialists to join our customer success team. In this role, you aren't just answering tickets; you are the voice of our brand. You'll be responsible for providing real-time solutions, navigating multiple conversations simultaneously, and turning frustrated users into brand advocates.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering client's inquiries
- Addressing issues with the orders and product inquiries via customer interface platform and from Facebook and email.
- Tracking shipments and backend shipping inquiries
- General research
- Updating addresses and client information
Qualifications
- 1 year live chat experience
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Can work 40 hours a week during US business hours, must be open to shifting schedule
- No other commitments, can start ASAP
- Has own work-from-home equipment
- Internet speed: At least 50mbps
- Computer processor: At least Core i5 or equivalent
- Complete with webcam & headset
