Customer Care Representative

*Pay:* $18.00/Hr
*Schedule: *4 week days - Monday - Friday 9:30 a.m. - 6 p.m. (they get to pick one day off during the week - Tuesday, Wednesday or Thurs). Saturdays 8:30am - 5:00pm
*Location:* St. Louis Park, MN
*Duration:* 6 month Contract to hire
*Job Description:*

* Answer 80-100 inbound calls from customers
* Schedule appointments for customers to service vehicles
* Make outbound calls to follow up with guests post appointment
* Update customer information in internal system
* Provide high level or customer service
*Qualifications:*

* 2+ years of customer service experience
* High school diploma/GED
* 6+ months of call center experience preferred
*Job Type & Location*This is a Contract to Hire position based out of St. Louis Park, MN.
*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
