Speech Language Pathologist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Master‘s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program.
• Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
• Active New Mexico SLP state license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
• Experience evaluating and treating dysphagia and communication disorders in geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfort with documentation systems used in SNF settings preferred.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Details: Days 0800-1630.
• Work Days: Sunday through Saturday (per facility schedule).
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks.
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week.
• Candidates must have any required New Mexico caregiver account or state-required registrations prior to start.
