Client Services Analyst

Supporting client success in a fully remote capacity, the full-time Client Services Analyst II will manage client interactions, analyze performance, and ensure timely delivery of data files and reports while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction. Key responsibilities Ensure the timely and successful delivery of client data files and client-facing letters Perform detailed analysis and quality assurance of client data files and letters to ensure accuracy and compliance Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, issues, and actionable insights to support operational improvements Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent client services or operational experience Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and formulas Strong analytical skills with the ability to resolve data and workflow issues Experience performing quality assurance on client data files, letters, or reports Ability to document and translate client-specific processes across technical and non-technical teams
