QA Laboratory Technician

Responsibilities Perform Quality Control testing of products for the presence of biomolecules and microbiological techniques involved in sterility testing, including sample collection in a clean room environment for production samples and environmental monitoring. Bio-contaminant testing includes testing for Endotoxin, DNase, RNase, DNA, ATP, Protein and Protease. Conduct work using equipment such as spectrophotometers, microplate readers, quantitative PCR equipment, pipettes and other laboratory bench top equipment. Microbiological work includes inoculation, handling of live bacteria and fungi, bioburden testing, sterility assurance testing and media preparation. Conduct FT-IR and GC-MS analysis, conduct statistical analysis, assist in management of laboratory supply stock, and optimize protocols. Perform ISO9001 audits and various other Quality Assurance tasks. #J-18808-Ljbffr
