Join us, and find your runway to growth, innovation, and success.**About the Role:**As an Operation Service Concierge (OSC), you are at the heart of the airport experience—playing a vital role in ensuring aircraft are handled with care, precision, and a focus on safety. From guiding aircraft into the gate to loading baggage and supporting international procedures, your attention to detail helps create a seamless, on-time operation. You’ll also play a key part in maintaining aircraft cleanliness, servicing lavatories, restocking essential items, and jumping in wherever needed to keep things running smoothly.**A Day in the Life:**As an OSC, your day begins with energy and precision. Your contributions directly support flight schedules and enhance the travel experience. You’ll:* Marshal aircraft and wing walk with confidence and vigilance to ensure safe ground movement.* Position and reposition aircraft to maximize operational efficiency and ramp utilization.* Handle baggage and freight with care, ensuring timely loading, unloading, sorting, and delivery, always prioritizing our Customers’ needs.* Support international operations by ensuring all Customs protocols are properly followed and documented.* Contribute to ramp safety with routine FOD (Foreign Object Debris) walks, keeping our work environment clean and hazard-free.* Pitch in wherever needed – cleaning aircraft, restocking supplies, and assisting with Customer experience touchpoints.**Why You’ll Love This Role:*** Be Part of a Team That Values You: Join a tight-knit Crew committed to excellence and mutual support.* No Two Days Are the Same: With rotating posts and a variety of responsibilities, you’ll enjoy a fast-paced, engaging work environment.* Make a Meaningful Impact: You’ll be part of the Customer journey from start to finish, helping create memorable travel experiences.* Opportunities to Grow: Build your skills and gain exposure to different areas of airport operations.**What Makes a Successful Operation Service Concierge?**We’re looking for someone who is:* **Safety-Oriented:** You instinctively prioritize safety in every action and hold yourself and others accountable to the highest safety standards.* **Adaptable:** You thrive in dynamic environments, adjusting quickly to changing priorities, weather, and operational needs.* **Communicative:** You share information clearly and confidently across teams, helping to build trust and streamline operations.* **Organized:** You manage your time and priorities effectively, keeping projects on track and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.* **Proactive:** You anticipate needs, take initiative, and solve problems before they arise.* **Entrepreneurial Spirit:** You bring energy, ownership, and creativity to your role, always looking for ways to improve processes and elevate the Customer experience.**Required Experience:*** High school diploma/GED* Ability to occasionally lift 75+ pounds* Ability to drive and operate ground equipment i.e. LEKTRO/aircraft tug, belt loaders, baggage carts, etc.* Ability to perform intermittent physical activity including bending, reaching, and prolonged periods of standing.* Available to work flexible shifts including early mornings, late nights, holidays, and weekends.* Participation in initial and random drug and alcohol screenings in accordance with the DOT and FAA guidelines.**Preferred Experience:*** 2+ years of ramp experience**Skills, Licenses, & Certifications:*** Current and valid Driver’s license required.**Pay & Perks:*** **Health Benefits:** New Crewmember's become eligible for coverage on the 1st of the month following the start date, with medical plans beginning at just $110/month. 100% employer paid dental & vision, plus up to $2,100 annually for HSA contribution.
