Service Advisor

Description This position acts as the main contact between Guests and the Service Department. It is responsible for managing Guest interactions, assessing vehicle issues, explaining repairs and costs, and ensuring timely service delivery. Automotive knowledge and experience are a plus, though not required. Outstanding training opportunities are available for those who wish to grow. Primary Responsibilities Positively greet Guests, listen to concerns, and explain service options. Diagnose vehicle issues based on Guest descriptions and inspections. Create actionable work orders from Guest requests. Provide accurate quotes for repairs. Manage Guest appointments and coordinate with technicians. Keep Guests informed about the status of repairs and changes. Address and resolve Guest complaints. Maintain positive Guest relationships to encourage repeat business. Sell additional services and products when recommended. Maintain accurate Guest records and service history. The workdays are Monday through Friday, with a rotational Saturday. The facility is closed on Sunday. Working hours are either 7:00 am–5:00 pm or 8:00 am–6:00 pm. This position is paid on a commission/incentive‑based pay plan ($42‑70k+/year). Compensation includes a base draw and incentives for key metrics such as Guest Service and payable labor sales. There is no cap on incentive amounts.
