As a Sales Assistant at IGL4US, you will play an important role in supporting the sales team throughout the customer and business development process. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, confident communicating with others, detail-oriented, and interested in developing valuable sales and business skills. You will assist with client communication, sales coordination, record management, follow-ups, and day-to-day administrative activities that help the sales team operate efficiently and achieve its goals.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team with daily administrative and operational tasks.
• Assist with customer inquiries and provide professional and timely communication.
• Follow up with prospective and existing clients when required.
• Maintain accurate customer, lead, and sales information.
• Prepare and organize sales documents, reports, and internal records.
• Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and sales-related activities.
• Coordinate information between customers and internal team members.
• Help track leads, opportunities, and ongoing sales activities.
• Support the preparation of presentations, proposals, and sales materials.
• Maintain organized records and ensure information remains up to date.
• Provide general support to help the sales department meet performance goals.
