Role Description

The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the cafe, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving the team to meet performance goals. In this full-time, on-site role located in Dallas, TX, the General Manager will lead staff, manage budgets, implement operational strategies, and ensure adherence to company policies. Additionally, the role includes fostering effective communication among departments and developing strategies to enhance revenue, customer satisfaction, and team development.
