What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality perioperative nursing care within the operating room
• Prepare and monitor patients before, during, and after procedures
• Assist surgical teams with equipment setup and sterile techniques
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and hospital policies
• Document patient information accurately in electronic health records
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Adapt to emergency team assignments if required, including staying at the facility during unforeseen events

What You Need

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license for Louisiana
• BLS certification
• Minimum 2 years of operating room nursing experience
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and aseptic techniques
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to adapt to emergency team assignments if needed
