Ideal candidates are:Experienced in senior care, home care, or personal careComfortable assisting with ADLsDependable and punctualCompassionate and patientComfortable providing hands-on careAble to work independently in a client's homeProfessional when communicating with clients and familiesAvailable consistently during weekday daytime hoursExperience with dementia care, Alzheimer's care, mobility assistance, companionship, and personal care is a plus.
