Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Schedule

This position offers a consistent 5x8 hour shift, working 08:00 - 17:00, Monday to Friday.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to provide outpatient therapy services. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing chronic, acute, and post-operative orthopedic conditions, along with occasional neurological cases. This role is suitable for first-time travelers and requires a minimum of one year of clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress.
• Educate patients and families regarding therapy treatments and home exercise programs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient outcomes and maintain accurate medical records using Epic.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in outpatient settings.
• Valid Texas Physical Therapist License.
• Current BLS certification.
• Additional certifications in Manual Therapy, PTA, or Hand Therapy are preferred.
