We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and professional Receptionist to join our team. As the first person many of our customers speak with or see when they visit, this position plays an important role in creating a welcoming and professional experience.

Primary Responsibilities

• Greet customers and visitors in a friendly, professional manner
• Answer and route incoming phone calls promptly and accurately
• Take clear and detailed messages when needed
• Assist customers in reaching the correct department or team member
• Maintain a professional and organized reception area
• Assist with basic administrative and clerical duties
• Communicate effectively
• Provide coverage and support as needed
• Maintain confidentiality when handling business or customer information
• Be on time, in position, and ready to assist customers at the beginning of each scheduled shift

• Previous receptionist, administrative, or customer-service experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person
