Performance & Productivity Manager

Leveraging AI capabilities to enhance operational insights, the full-time GBS Performance & Productivity Manager will analyze performance metrics, identify trends and risks, and work closely with operational leaders to drive proactive decision-making in a virtual environment. Key responsibilities Analyze productivity and performance across all GBS programs, identifying trends and emerging issues Support operational leaders in optimizing capacity and improving delivery efficiency while managing program risks and leakage Act as a data business partner, translating complex data into actionable recommendations for operational improvements Required qualifications Strong operational experience in MSP, staffing, workforce solutions, GBS, or shared services environments Highly data literate, with experience analyzing operational, financial, and productivity metrics Strong understanding of delivery operations, capacity management, and root cause analysis Experience influencing operational stakeholders using data and insights Familiarity with BI/reporting tools, Excel/Google Sheets, and AI-enabled analytics tools
