- Well-established and financially stable family office managing 8 legal entities today with plans to grow to 12 entities

- Lead accounting and financial operations across multiple entities within a growing family office
- Prepare and present executive-level financial reports directly to ownership
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and expense management initiatives
- Partner with ownership to improve reporting, systems, and operational efficiencies
- Play a key role in transitioning the organization from cash basis to accrual accounting
- Build scalable accounting infrastructure to support future growth
- Serve as a trusted financial advisor helping shape business decisions and long-term strategy
- CPA designation required
- Expertise in multi-entity accounting and financial reporting
- Experience leading accounting operations within family office, real estate, investment, or closely held business environments
- Advanced QuickBooks experience and strong accounting systems knowledge
- Experience creating executive-level financial reports and presentations
- Strong communication skills with confidence presenting financial information to ownership groups
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Experience transitioning organizations from cash basis to accrual accounting
- Exposure to family office environments
- Experience evaluating and implementing accounting system upgrades or migrations
- Background in process improvement and building scalable financial infrastructure
