IES Safety, LLC - Security Division is seeking a full-time Sergeant to join our professional team. Candidates should be reliable and punctual, with dependable transportation and flexible availability.

• Applicants must be "armed capable," demonstrating proficiency with a duty-grade semi-automatic handgun.
• The interview process will include a brief handgun competency evaluation at a local shooting range.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Must successfully pass a drug screen and background check.
• Must possess a TWIC card or be eligible to apply for one.
• Position requires shift work, including some weekends.
• Preference will be given to applicants with prior law enforcement or military experience.
• Starting pay is $20.18/hour after successful completion of a 4-6 week training period.
• Training pay during the 4-6 week period will be $14.11/hour.
