Job Title Training Specialist Duration 06 Months Location Pomona, CA (Hybrid) Pay Rate $39.13 - $40/hr Job Description Bachelor's Degree in Education, instructional design, business or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Typically possesses four or more years of experience developing and/or delivering training. Demonstrated ability to communicate both technical and non-technical material in a readily understandable manner. Under general supervision of the Training manager, participates in the development, implementation, documentation and evaluation of training; serves as training instructor; provides orientation for supervisory, administrative, professional, direct care, and support staff. Prepares instructional materials and all other duties relating to the training department. Other duties as assigned within the scope of this position. Responsibilities Develop, implement, document and evaluate training programs. Serve as training instructor and provide orientation to staff. Prepare instructional materials. Perform other duties assigned within the scope of this position. Required Skills/Attributes Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills to manage onboarding and access related activities using email, Microsoft Teams, MS Suites, and other enterprise tools. Clear, professional communication with hiring managers, IT teams, and stakeholders to coordinate requests, provide status updates, and resolve issues efficiently. Effective time management with high attention to detail to manage multiple requests concurrently while ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely completion. Customer-focused approach to support new and existing employees with role assignments, access corrections and overall system readiness. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve onboarding and provisioning issues.
