Quality Test Tech I - 2nd Shift

Quality Test Technician – 2nd Shift Location: Fort Worth, TX Shift: 4:00 PM – 11:30 PM (2nd Shift). Hourly rate: $22.00–$29.50. Responsibilities Ensure quality standards and applicable codes are met through inspections, design reviews and mechanical testing operations. Provide support for mechanical testing of electromechanical equipment such as low‑voltage switchgear, switchboards, panelboards and breakers. Inspect and test the mechanical aspect of switchboards, panelboards and breakers to applicable standards (e.g., UL1558, UL891, IEEE, UL50, UL67). Prepare finished units for shipping (packing, sealing, labeling). Perform inspections and audits of mechanical assemblies while maintaining records and reports. Understand and train on ISO quality requirements, product safety requirements and JHA. Perform additional work as directed by supervision. Interact routinely with various departments and customers. Basic Qualifications 1+ year(s) in a manufacturing environment. Ability to pass NFPA70E certification (training provided by Siemens). Proficiency in speaking, reading, writing and understanding English, including reading blueprints/engineering drawings. Basic computer skills and use of basic mechanical, measuring and inspection tools. Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.
