Pay: $2,208.40 per week

Shifts: Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm with on call and weekends

Seven Healthcare are seeking an RN specializing in Home Health for a travel contract in Morgantown, WV. This role involves delivering essential healthcare services in a community or small facility setting, ensuring comprehensive patient care and effective coordination with other health professionals. Engage in impactful nursing by supervising care plans and promoting health maintenance and disease prevention.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Home Health - Travel

Observing, assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating nursing support for individuals
Collaborating with other health professionals in planning and evaluating health programs
Coordinating communications regarding health and safety supports
Managing the medication administration process and related policies
Updating physicians with progress reports as needed
Maintaining accurate nursing documentation
Supervising and training staff on health-related issues
Scheduling and addressing health-related appointments efficiently
Maintaining communication with inpatient providers during hospitalizations
